Overall, it is a solid product. The only parts that feel cheap on them, are the handles and the lid handles. These bad boys get hot, and really hot! We are trying to learn a balance on how to cook with them. We have burned food to the bottom of them on at least two occasions. The good news, they were fairly easy to clean after the burn-on. By simply soaking in water over night, most times, the food would simply come off with a simple touch. We do have a complaint, the documentation is pretty poor, there is no how-to really with it and no informational DVD and their is no explanation for what all the extra parts do. So if you get this set, you will definitely need to do some experimenting. We still are having some trouble with them at times while cooking, but it seems to be getting better.
