MIU Stainless 10-Piece Cookware Set Overviews

This 10 piece stainless steel cookware set from MIU FRANCE has the basic pot sizes needed for everyday cooking. Stainless steel is the preferred cooking surface by many leading kitchen chef's. The set contains 8 inch and a 10 inch open frypans which feature the WHITFORD Eclipse non-stick cooking surface. The set is made up of a 1.5 quart saucepan with lid, a 2 quart saucepan with lid, a 3.5 quart sautepan with lid, and an 8 quart stockpot with lid. Each of these pans feature a tri-ply bottom which is a .5mm aluminum disc sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel allowing for even heat distribution over the cooking surface. The pans in the set have highly polished outer sides. The stainless steel lids have handles welded to the top. The stainless handles on the pans are hollow round formed with an open center to allow handles to "stay-cool" during cooking as long as they are not placed directly over a stove burner. The handles are welded to each pan in such a way as to limit heat transfer from the pan to the handle. The lid handles are cast stainless. All vessels in the set are dishwasher safe. All pans can be used on gas, electric, and/or induction cooking surfaces. MIU France offers a lifetime warranty on all pans in this set.
